Account deletion

HomeX is a business-only purchasing platform. You can delete a member login from the app (Account → Hapus akun) or with the form on this page. The form emails a confirmation link to that address. The link expires in 24 hours. The reply is the same whether or not the email is registered.

We deactivate the login and anonymise the person's name, email, and phone. Orders, invoices, payment records, and the company NIB and NPWP stay on file where Indonesian tax and bookkeeping rules require it.

If you are the only admin of the company, the request waits for HomeX HQ. HQ closes the login after review. The company record itself is not erased.
